Special times require special circumstances with Covid-19 restrictions but what a great day for an outdoor scholarship awards presentation. The Foundation Scholarship Awards Ceremony last Tuesday at Middlesex Community College with newly installed Pres. Phil Sisson and staff at their Bedford MA campus made for a great event. The air was cool but the sun was strong and it was a beautiful presentation it made for some great outdoor views. Congratulations to all the scholarship winners.
