Cabonnay Restaurant with Executive Chef Angelina Jacobs Manchester NH

This restaurant is very unconventional but fun and quirky as writer Dean Johnson says about Cabonnay in Manchester NH.

I met with executive chef Angelina Jacobs for a shoot with Merrimack Valley Magazine to capture some dishes like the 15 hour tonkotsu pork ramen.

We did a few shots of their Winter Chocolate Forest dessert assembled as I shot.

The food was just half the fun for me. My next post will feature the amazing design and interiors in this unassuming building in downtown Manchester NH.
