Just before the first frost this past October I made it out to the Herb Lyceum at Gilson’s in Groton MA.

I got to shoot with Chef Hock Teh as he presented an assortement of Thai dishes.

On the menu where Hot and Sour Seafood Stew, Green Papaya Salad, Sticky Rice with Mango.
