Dalya’s Restaurant at Bedford Farms was on the shoot list for writer Dean Johnson in  the holiday issue of Merrimack Valley Magazine.

Starting with Escargots with Portobello Mushrooms, Grilled Scottish Salmon, and Dalya’s Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Bread Pudding.

Alas as I was doing this post Dalya’s will be closing after twenty years with a new Indian restaurant coming soon.
