I was at Ramunto’s Brick Oven Pizza in Claremont NH for Image Magazine for an article on “Where New Yorkers Find a Taste of Home” by writer Mike Morin. I spent a few hours with brothers Brad and Luke Willey and they gave me the run of the place to document. There was the causal ambience and the fast pace of the kitchen from spinning pizza dough to flaming pans of food with a full size brick oven running all the time.
