A busy week for music and events. Saturday night I attended the Brush Art Gallery annual fundraiser “Dinner and a Show Too” at Lenzi’s Catering and Function Facility in Dracut MA. The event was a follow-up to the 2023 successful fundraiser, Dinner & A Show. A buffet dinner was served followed by a cabaret-style performance of songs featuring local notables Michael Lally, Matt Descoteaux at the piano, Erin Noonan-Descoteaux, Greg Descoteaux, Jerry Bisantz, Camille Bedard, Alison Burns, and Lura Smith. The entertainment was produced and directed by Michael H. Lally, the founder and director of the SRO Players. A reunion of the SRO players preformed the closing act to a nice standing ovation.
