Back in 1998 I covered the Lowell Folk Festival and came across an Irish Step Dancing Group. I loved the outfits and amazed how these young women preformed that day. Running around the festival I rarely had time to cover everything with multiple stages during the day but I got to spend a few moments with this group. I can only imagine who they were or where they are now. Happy St. Patrick’s Day.
