Just before Christmas I headed to Vermont for a friend of the families son’s wedding. First stop was a visit to the Simon Pearce glass works in Quechee Vermont. I enjoy watching the glass blowing craft and I even have a few of the glass evergreen trees on the shelf. I hadn’t been back there since 2017 but I plan to come back again soon for dinner.
