I had a wonderful time photographing HamdAllah Olona for the Community Profile column for Merrimack Valley Magazine at the Northern Essex Community College culinary arts kitchen. She brought a lot of energy to the shoot and her product appropriately called GoodieKrunch is the best. It is a coconut based candy snack from her Nigeria Grandmother’s family recipe. Look for the article ” Tasting is Believing” by writer Katie Lovett in the Nov/Dec 2020 issue of Merrimack Valley Magazine.
