Covering the ribbon cutting ceremony for “The Heights” in downtown Haverhill MA for the Lupoli Companies last week. The 10-story glass building with 42 luxury apartments along with an Italian restaurant and rooftop bar. Local dignitaries along with Gov. Charlie Baker cut the ribbon and officially opened the building which will also house Northern Essex Community College’s Lupoli Family Culinary Arts Institute and a MassHire office operated by the college.
