Over the weekend I attended the “Lift for a Cure” event in Windham NH at the Massage Chi Holistic & Fitness Center with owner Tae Kang. Kang kicked off the event with the bench press to break the world record for most weight pushed in two minutes. For the next 22 hours and 45 minutes he lifted 4.5M lbs while surrounded by an enthusiastic group of supporters while livestreaming on the Real Men Wear Pink of NH Facebook page.
