Roast Beet Gratin with Green Beans and Burrata

The menu called for Roast Beet Gratin with Green Beans and Burrata. We shot the CSA (Community Sourced Agriculture) article by the Horne Family Farms brothers Marc and Christopher Horne at Merrimack Valley Magazine editor Doug Sparks home. He prepared the meal and and once we wrapped the shoot Doug’s daughters Alina and Fiona delved right into them. Look for the recipe in the Sept/Oct 2020 issue.
