With some down time in these days of Covid-19 I am playing in the home studio with some splash shot test views. My take on a Manhattan cocktail. I used a simple setup with 3 small speedlights, 2 lights on each side of the glass and one with an amber gel on the dark grey background below the table. I used black Plexiglass as a tabletop for the base. Water and food coloring to make the “Manhattan” and a maraschino cherry for the splash.
