With the cancellation this year of the live performance of the 33rd Lowell Folk Festival I was looking at some of my archived images from past performances. I am not a huge fan of Country Western but I do remember this band had a stellar performance that year. Now if I could only remember their name.
Update from Dave Perry of Vinyl Destination at Mill No. 5 in Lowell MA the band is BR5-49.
