Farmer’s Switchel Cocktail

More views from my cover shot with Chris and Marc Horne of the Horne Family Farm. They did a special drink for Spring called a Farmer’s Switchel Cocktail. While they prepared and roasted radishes to produced the salad for the cover they also did a traditional and non-alcoholic version of the cocktail.
