On location at Black and Blue Steak and Crab in Burlington MA for a recent shoot for Merrimack Valley Magazine. I met with operations manager Tracy Goss and did a few of their specialty items. New York Strip Steak with Black Truffle Butter, Crab Cakes with Avacado -Lime Emulsion, a Roasted Half Chicken, Wagyu Meatballs on a skewer, along with a Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee.
