On my trip to Quebec City for the Winter Carnival I enjoyed an evening out at the Restaurant Parmesan just a short walk from our hotel room a the Le Chateau Frontenac.
I was greeted by co owner Luigi Leoni into a warm eclectic atmosphere of Italian cuisine and memorabilia that fills every corner of the room.
I enjoyed a Duck L’Orange as we listened to the accordion player playing some favorites for the guest that sang right along with some members of a visiting St. Andrews Society group.
Lots of fun and I highly recommend a visit.
