Shooting for the Howe Family today at the dedication of the new Howe bridge at the intersection of University Avenue spanning the Merrimack River in Lowell. Attorney Richard Howe dedicated 40 years of his political experience as a Lowell City Councilor and Mayor. it was an honor to be present and record this dedication in his honor.
