Last week saw the dedication of George L. Duncan Park in Lowell MA. You will find the park at the corner of Shattuck and Merrimack Street.
The park is a tribute to George Duncan the founder of Enterprise Bank and was designed by his daughter Alison Duncan a landscape designer.
The stacks and water symbolize the elements found in the industrial history of Lowell.
