Phat Cats Bistro was part of an article I photographed for Merrimack Valley Magazine.
Their article “From Field to Fork” by writer Jill Gambon featured locally grown produce with my favorite a Wheat Berry and Crasin salad. Local wines from Jewell Towne Winery complete the look. Thanks to owners and chefs Christina Johnsona and Paul Eastman.
