    Thanks for the great photos of Gene Lavanchy, Kevin. It was fun to be reminded of the time I was interviewed by Gene at Fox 25. i was giving away copies of my book Together We Heal, in honor of National Children of Alcoholics’ Week. Though i don’t think young and adult children of alcoholics (ACOA) was a topic Gene was necessarily familiar with, he asked astute questions and added interesting, empathic and wise observations. I’ve been fortunate to have been interviewed by people like Tom Bergeron, by Business Week TV hosts, etc. Gene Lavanchy was of the most enjoyable, down to earth people i’ve had the pleasure of being interviewed by. Michele Lazcano, the producer i worked with for that show, was also super helpful, professional and fun to work with. Thanks again for the reminding me of the better-than-expected time I had appearing on Fox– and for your networking help with that ACOA book giveaway project.
