The Republic Cafe in Manchester NH was recently feature in the May/June issue Merrimack Valley Magazine.

After meeting with owners Claudia Rippee and Edward Aloise I photographed their Mediterranean inspired foods.

Shown here are their flank steak, Moroccan lentil stew and falafel.
