Szifra Birke is a strong proponet of Adult Children of Alcoholic’s issues.

This week is National Children of Alcoholics Week and she will be giving away a free copy of her book as a PDF through her website at www.togetherwehealbook.com .

Szifra has led workshops and presentations at local and national conferences on mental health, addictions, and money and emotions.

 She has been conducting training sessions for mental health professionals for 20 years. You can see more of what she does at www.szifrabirke.com .

    Thank you, Kevin. I so appreciate your generous gift of participating in finding ways we can help adult children from alcoholic and other high stress families. I hope we are able to reach and help lots of people. Kathy Mayer and I originally wrote our book Together We Heal to be of help. Making it free during National Children of Alcoholics’ Week hopefully puts it in more hands–and brings hope and recovery.
